Type: Artifact > Photo
Location: Philippine Islands > Mindoro
People: David R. Gibbs

Conference on the beach near Mindoro. Bud Morris identifies the officer in charge as Major David R. Gibbs. This seems at variance with Alfred R. Young's account of what became of Major Gibbs, corroborated by information about Major Gibbs in the list of personnel accompanying the 1942 squadron organization days commemoration at Casisang.
