My Father's Captivity: Photos from Chapter 7 available for online viewing

Al Young Studios today added eight images to its online archive of original source materials associated with the book My Father's Captivity. This brings the total of available images to 65, or 21 percent of the 310 images to be uploaded over the next few months.

The photos in this batch pertain primarily to the period covered by Chapter 7 of the book, and feature images from the Philippine Islands during the retreat of American forces during December 1941.

The Images feature the S.S. Mayon, the S.S. Panay, the Mindoro Beach Evacuation, and two downed planes, an O46 and a B18.
